10 Tips For Getting The Most From Your Process Server

• Double check your papers before calling us. Make sure everything is signed, stamped, etc.
• Double check address info. Make sure it’s current and complete (i.e., apartment and/or suite numbers)
• Provide both residence and work addresses whenever possible
• Provide both residence and work phone numbers whenever possible
• Provide physical & vehicle description whenever possible, especially if you think they are avoiding service.
• Though we serve your papers as quickly as possible, tell us about any statutes or other deadlines which must be met.
• Let us know if service is expected and agreeable, or being avoided.
• Provide us with an extra copy so that we can prepare a complete and accurate affidavit of service.
• Call us as early as possible, especially if it’s a rush. Don’t wait until the papers are ready, the sooner we know, the sooner we can plan.
• Use only permanent, full-time professional process servers to ensure that your papers are served correctly.
